Waarom kiezen voor deze baan? - Je werkt met uiteenlopende medische technologie voor onderzoek en diagnostiek, van apparatuur voor hart- en longonderzoek tot point-of-care apparatuur. - Door storingen op te lossen en apparatuur betrouwbaar te houden, draag je eraan bij dat onderzoeken en metingen goed kunnen doorgaan. - Veel afwisseling: je komt op verschillende afdelingen en locaties en werkt voor meerdere medische specialismen. - Medische technologie en ICT komen steeds meer samen. Juist die combinatie maakt het werk technisch interessant en volop in ontwikkeling. - Liever 4 dagen van 9 uur werken? Ook dat is bespreekbaar. Wat ga je doen als Medisch Technicus Diagnostiek? Als medisch technicus Diagnostiek zorg je ervoor dat medische apparatuur voor onderzoek en metingen betrouwbaar en veilig gebruikt kan worden. Artsen, verpleegkundigen en andere zorgprofessionals vertrouwen op deze technologie om informatie te verzamelen die nodig is voor diagnostiek en verdere behandeling. Je werkt met verschillende soorten apparatuur, zoals beeldvormende systemen, point-of-care apparatuur en apparatuur voor longfunctie- en hartonderzoek. Daardoor kom je op veel plekken in het ziekenhuis en krijg je te maken met verschillende technische vragen en gebruikers. De ene keer los je een storing op waardoor een onderzoek niet verder kan, de andere keer voer je gepland onderhoud uit of help je een zorgprofessional met een technische vraag.
