Bij Artsen Ten Dorpe in Aartselaar zoeken we een medische secretariaatsmedewerker voor onze moderne huisartsenpraktijk.

Over de functie

Binnen onze groeiende groepspraktijk speel jij een belangrijke ondersteunende rol. Je helpt mee de brug te slaan tussen de huisartsen, paramedici en patiënten.

Jouw takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit:

  • het inplannen van afspraken voor de huisartsen en paramedici, zowel telefonisch als online.
  • het beheren van patiëntdossiers en het verzorgen van een correcte administratieve afhandeling.
  • het nauwkeurig en vlot verwerken van medische gegevens en documenten.
  • het telefonisch en persoonlijk te woord staan van patiënten.
  • het garanderen van een warme, gastvrije ontvangst in de praktijk.
  • Wij zoeken een gedreven en communicatief vaardige medische secretariaatsmedewerker die goed kan werken in een team en bereid is om bij te leren.
  • Diploma medisch secretariaat of office management, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Relevante ervaring in een medische omgeving is een meerwaarde.
  • Je kan werken met MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ervaring met medische programma’s en agendaplanning is een meerwaarde.
  • Je hebt een goede mondelinge kennis van Nederlands. Frans en Engels zijn pluspunten.
  • Een discrete, empathische doch strikte houding richting patiënten.
  • Flexibiliteit en het vermogen om goed om te gaan met verschillende taken en prioriteiten.
