VACATURE VRIJWILLIGER Aanklager Tuchtzaken bij de Nederlandse Bridge Bond oktober 2026 De Nederlandse Bridge Bond (BridgeBond) is de nationale sportbond op het gebied van bridge, aangesloten bij NOC*NSF, met ruim 60.000 clublidmaatschappen. Er zijn ruim 800 verenigingen lid van de BridgeBond. In Nederland zijn er naar schatting krap een half miljoen mensen die bridgen. Ter versterking en verdere professionalisering van het tuchtrecht stelt de Nederlandse Bridge Bond (BridgeBond) een nieuwe functie in: Aanklager Tuchtzaken. Deze functie is onderdeel van een aangescherpt en toekomstbestendig tuchtrechtelijk stelsel, gericht op een zorgvuldige, onafhankelijke en onpartijdige behandeling van (vermoedens van) overtredingen van onder andere de Statuten, reglementen en de gedragscodes. Bevoegdheden van de Aanklager zijn o.a. het verrichten van onderzoek dan wel het onder zijn verantwoordelijkheid laten verrichten van onderzoek en het treffen van schikkingen. Omdat het een nieuwe functie binnen de Bridgesport betreft, is de bond op zoek naar meerdere Aanklagers, waarvan een Hoofdaanklager. Startdatum is 1 januari 2027 onder voorbehoud van goedkeuring van het Tuchtreglement door de ALV. Het Bondsbestuur roept kandidaten op, die zitting willen nemen om voor 1 november te reageren met een motivatiebrief en een cv. Kandidaten die voldoen aan de volgende criteria worden verzocht te reageren: ▪ aantoonbare juridische affiniteit, waarbij de Hoofdaanklager afgestudeerd moet zijn in een der studierichtingen van de faculteit der rechtsgeleerdheid en de titel 'Meester' of 'L.L.M.' heeft verkregen; ▪ minstens vijf jaar ervaring als jurist, waarbij ervaring binnen (een van) de togaberoepen een pré is; ▪ van onbesproken gedrag zijn en bereid tot het tonen van een VOG; ▪ kennis en ervaring met (top)bridge in Nederland is een pré.
