Onze klanten zijn actief in onder andere raffinage, chemie, farma, voedingsindustrie, havens en maritieme omgevingen. Hier zijn betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en continuïteit essentieel. We doen dat inmiddels 29 jaar, vanuit ons hoofdkantoor en Experience Center in Terneuzen en ons kantoor in Amsterdam. We werken rechtstreeks samen met fabrikanten als Xshielder, Getac, i.safe MOBILE en Dell en zijn gespecialiseerd in onder andere rugged hardware, ATEX-oplossingen, mobiele apparatuur, connectivity en device management. Voor onze technische afdeling in Terneuzen zoeken we iemand die graag problemen oplost, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en het leuk vindt om met verschillende technieken bezig te zijn. Wat je gaat doen Je werkzaamheden zijn breed, maar de nadruk ligt duidelijk op technische support en beheer . - Je behandelt technische supportvragen van klanten en collega's. • Je analyseert storingen en werkt gestructureerd naar de oorzaak en oplossing toe. • Complexere technische problemen en escalaties komen bij jou terecht. • Je configureert en installeert hardware voordat deze naar klanten gaat. • Je ondersteunt bij reparaties, updates, configuraties en technische controles. • Je beheert en ondersteunt mobiele apparatuur en Microsoft-omgevingen. • Je werkt met MDM-platformen en helpt klanten bij het beheren van hun mobiele devices. • Je ondersteunt bij netwerk- en connectivityvraagstukken, zoals wifi, switching en 4G/5G. • Je documenteert oplossingen en zorgt dat technische ke...
