  • Ze bouwt unieke woningen op een groene locatie in ’s-Gravenwezel en op diverse werven in Belgie en Nederland.
  • Bij elk project staan kwaliteit en de individuele wensen van de bouwheer centraal.
  • De realisatie gebeurt volledig op maat, in samenwerking met eigen vakmensen.

Jobomschrijving

Je stuurt het metselteam en de werkorganisatie op de werf aan.

  • Je plant en verdeelt het werk op de werf en stemt de dagelijkse uitvoering af met het metselteam.
  • Je ziet toe op de kwaliteit van het metselwerk, de veiligheid op de werf en de voortgang van de planning.
  • Je begeleidt en motiveert collega’s en bent het aanspreekpunt voor de projectleider.
  • Je werkt mee op de werf wanneer dat nodig is en zet daarbij je vakkennis in tijdens de uitvoering.
  • Je rapporteert situaties op de werf en zet verbeteringen om in concrete acties.

  • Je hebt ervaring als meestergast of ploegbaas in de bouw.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands; een rijbewijs B is een plus.
  • Je hebt sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je werkt precies, bent stipt en betrouwbaar.
  • Je houdt van uitdagingen en wilt groeien binnen een vast team.
