Als meewerkende meestergast stuur je de dagelijkse werking op de productievloer aan en bewaak je de voortgang van het productieproces.

  • Je vertegenwoordigt het management op de werkvloer en zorgt voor duidelijke afstemming met het team.
  • Je controleert de aanwezigheid, volgt de bezetting van de werkstations op en grijpt in waar nodig.
  • Je ziet toe op een correcte uitvoering van het werk volgens de opgestelde werkinstructies.
  • Je bewaakt de dagelijkse targets op het vlak van kwaliteit en kwantiteit en volgt de gevraagde kwaliteitschecks op.
  • Je houdt toezicht op de naleving van de veiligheidsvoorschriften tijdens het werk.
  • Je controleert de machinewerking, stemt af met onderhoud en verzorgt de dagelijkse briefing over productiviteit, kwaliteit en planning.

  • Je hebt een opleiding BSO of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving, kennis van productieprocessen en technisch inzicht.
  • Je bent hands-on en sterk in het houden van toezicht.
  • Je werkt met aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je communiceert vlot en blijft nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en resultaatgericht.
