Onze klant is een groeiende KMO met familiale _oots, actief binnen metaalconstructie en mechanische productie. Vanuit een moderne en sterk uitgeruste werkplaats realiseren zij uiteenlopende projecten waarbij kwaliteit, vakmanschap en efficiëntie centraal staan. Binnen deze onderneming heerst een directe en collegiale sfeer waar medewerkers elkaar kennen en ondersteunen.

Als meestergast neem je een sleutelrol op binnen het atelier en zorg je ervoor dat planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid dagelijks optimaal verlopen.

Wat houdt de job in? Als meestergast sta je in voor de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van de werkzaamheden in het atelier

  • Voorbereiden van de werkzaamheden door materiaal, tekeningen en onderdelen tijdig klaar te leggen
  • Daarnaast stuur je het team aan binnen de las-, straal- en assemblageafdeling en volg je de planning nauwgezet op
  • Mee bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie tijdens de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden
  • Uitvoeren van stukcontroles en opvolgen van onderhoud aan machines en installaties
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen en praktische problemen binnen het atelier
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen rond productieprocessen, werkorganisatie en veiligheid
  • Overzicht bewaren van verbruiksartikelen en materiaalgebruik binnen de werkplaats
  • Technische kennis en ervaring overbrengen naar collega’s om het team verder te versterken
  • Je beschikt over een technische achtergrond of relevante ervaring binnen mechanica of metaalbewerking
  • Daarnaast heb je bij voorkeur 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring binnen een technische productieomgeving
  • Verder beschik je over een sterke kennis van mechanica en atelierwerking, aangevuld met organisatorisch inzicht
  • Tot slot spreek je zeer goed Nederlands en heb je een goede basiskennis Engels omwille van communicatie op de werkvloer
