Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: Als verantwoordelijke voor productie, magazijn en planning neem je een sleutelrol op binnen ons team. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt en dat de gestelde doelen worden behaald. Tot jouw taken behoren:

  • Productiecoördinatie: Bewaken van de planning en kwaliteit van onze trap- en deurproductie.
  • Magazijnbeheer: Overzicht houden over voorraden en zorgen voor een efficiënt magazijn.
  • Leveringen en bestellingen: Organiseren van leveringen en het plaatsen van bestellingen bij leveranciers.
  • Planning van plaatsingen: Efficiënt inplannen van plaatsingen bij klanten in samenspraak met monteurs.
  • Klantcontact: Overleg met klanten om afspraken en specificaties duidelijk af te stemmen.
  • Targetmanagement: Werken met duidelijke doelstellingen en deadlines en het team motiveren om deze te behalen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Sterke organisatorische en planningsvaardigheden.
  • Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een pluspunt.
  • Klantgerichtheid en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Kennis van productieprocessen (bij voorkeur in trappen en deuren).
  • Affiniteit met logistiek en magazijnbeheer.
  • Doelgerichtheid en de capaciteit om zowel individueel als in teamverband resultaten te behalen.
  • Ervaring met het werken onder druk en het behalen van targets.
