Jobomschrijving

Als Meewerkend Meestergast Elektriciteit bouw je samen met je team aan uitdagende totaalprojecten en kleine jobs in de tertiaire sector. Je overziet en voert mee uit op de werf én bent het eerste aanspreekpunt tussen arbeiders en de leidinggevenden/projectleiding. Je taken:

  • Zelfstandig uitvoeren én mee aansturen van elektrische installatiewerken op diverse projecten
  • Dagelijkse opvolging en begeleiding van jouw team
  • Communicatiepunt tussen de werf en de projectleiding
  • Controleren en waken over de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Instaan voor de praktische organisatie op de werf (materialen, planning, veiligheid)
  • Oplossen van technische problemen en meedenken over oplossingen
  • Je denkt proactief mee over het continu verbeteren van de werking en efficiëntie

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze job breng je minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring mee als elektricien én heb je extra kennis of drive om ook te coördineren en leiding te nemen.

  • Praktisch ingesteld, hands-on & meewerkend
  • Resultaatgericht én toonbeeld van initiatief
  • Een teamplayer die, waar nodig, zelfstandig werkt

Pluspunten:

  • Diploma elektriciteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Kennis van tertiaire elektrische installaties
  • Leidinggevende skills of eerste ervaring als ploegbaas/meestergast
  • VCA-attest of bereidheid dit te behalen
