Jobomschrijving

Voor de job als meestergast in de regio Herk-De-Stad ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • De dagelijkse leiding van de bouwplaats en stuurt een team van metselaars, timmerlieden, bekisters en andere vaklieden aan
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat het werk volgens planning verloopt, houdt toezicht op de voortgang en past de planning aan waar nodig
  • Je controleert het werk op kwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden voldoen aan de normen en voorschriften. Je waakt over de veiligheid op de werkvloer
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel de bouwplaats als de projectleider en zorgt voor een goede communicatie tussen alle betrokkenen
  • Je lost technische en organisatorische problemen op die zich voordoen tijdens de uitvoering van de ruwbouw

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de job als meestergast in de regio Herk-De-Stad is het ideale profiel:

  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in de ruwbouw, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende functie
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een team en weet vaktechnisch en praktisch te coachen en te motiveren
  • Je beschikt over gedegen kennis van bouwprocessen, materialen en technieken die essentieel zijn voor ruwbouwprojecten
  • Je kunt helder en efficiënt communiceren met zowel je team als de projectleider en andere stakeholders
  • Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de voortgang en kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden en zorgt voor een veilige werkomgeving
  • Je denkt vooruit en hebt oog voor de details, je lost problemen snel en effectief op
