Wil jij een leidinggevende functie waarin techniek, coaching en organisatie samenkomen? Als Supervisor Elektromechanica krijg je een aantrekkelijk loon van €18 tot €22 per uur, daguren, 26 verlofdagen en extra voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques, fietslease en een groepsverzekering. Jij zorgt ervoor dat techniekers efficiënt kunnen werken, bewaart het overzicht over projecten en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen de werkplaats.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Materialen klaarleggen voor techniekers, in nauw overleg met het magazijn, zodat alle onderdelen tijdig beschikbaar zijn en het werk efficiënt kan verlopen. Indien nodig ga je zelf materialen of stukken ophalen om de continuïteit van de productie te garanderen.
  • Overzicht bewaren over het atelier, waarbij je dagelijks samenwerkt met de productieverantwoordelijke om een vlotte werking, duidelijke prioriteiten en een veilige werkomgeving te verzekeren.
  • Opvolgen van verschillende projecten, waarbij je zorgt voor een correcte planning, een goede afstemming tussen alle betrokken partijen en een tijdige uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.
  • Coachen van techniekers en opmaken van de planning, zodat het team optimaal wordt ingezet, medewerkers worden ondersteund in hun ontwikkeling en deadlines behaald worden.
  • Controle uitvoeren op afgewerkte producten, zodat je zeker bent dat elk product voldoet aan de kwaliteitseisen en correct naar de klant wordt verzonden.
  • Opvolgen van het onderhoud van machines, inclusief het plannen van preventieve onderhoudsbeurten en het signaleren van technische problemen om stilstanden te vermijden.
  • Voorstellen doen voor optimalisaties, waarbij je actief meedenkt over verbeteringen in processen, organisatie en efficiëntie binnen de werkplaats.
  • Bachelor Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardige technische kennis door ervaring.
  • Kennis van lassen, metaalbewerking en mechanica.
  • Plannen kunnen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit — dit is geen bureaujob.
  • Sterke communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden.
  • Je kan overzicht bewaren over verschillende projecten en orde scheppen in een dynamische omgeving.
