Baeten - Van Es is een familiaal bouwbedrijf gespecialiseerd in fabricage en plaatsing van ramen en deuren, binnenschrijnwerk & maatmeubilair. Baeten Van Es is gespecialiseerd in (totaal)renovatie van ruwbouw tot maatwerk en schilderwerken. De firma werkt uitsluitend met eigen personeel en geen onderaannemers.

Voor de versterking van ons productieteam zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven en ervaren meestergast productie ramen en deuren. In deze functie werk je mee aan de productie van aluminium ramen en deuren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de productieafdeling en zorg je ervoor dat kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie centraal staan.

Jouw functie

Als meestergast ben je de spilfiguur tussen de productiemedewerkers. Je coördineert de werkzaamheden op de werkvloer en zorgt ervoor dat de productieplanning correct wordt uitgevoerd.

Jouw taken

  • Dagelijkse aansturing van de productieploeg (5 medewerkers).
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in het atelier terwijl je vaak ook actief meewerkt op de werkvloer.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit van ramen en deuren tijdens het productieproces.
  • Begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van technische of organisatorische problemen.
  • Dagelijks overleg met de zaakvoerder.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring in de productie van aluminium of PVC ramen en deuren.
  • Je hebt kennis van CNC machines.
  • Je beschikt over leidinggevende capaciteiten en weet een team te motiveren.
  • Je bent technisch sterk en hebt oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en probleemoplossend.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en steekt zelf mee de handen uit de mouwen wanneer nodig.
  • Kennis van productietechnieken en machines binnen de sector is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent communicatief en sociaal vaardig.
  • Je kan zelfstandig en nauwkeurig werken en kan goed organiseren.
