Functie

Voor een grote klant zijn we op zoek een meestergast restauratie regio Antwerpen.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Jouw dag zal vooral bestaan uit plannen en organiseren: Jij leidt de restauratiewerven in goede banen.
  • Ook het team is jouw verantwoordelijkheid: Samen met de projectleider motiveer je je ploeg en stuur je ook onderaannemers aan. De planning opmaken en opvolgen hoort hier natuurlijk ook bij!
  • Je neemt deel aan werfvergaderingen en controleert steeds de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken.
  • Je bewaakt de veiligheid op de werven.

Profiel

Voor de functie van meestergast zijn we op zoek naar iemand met volgend profiel:

  • Je hebt een passie voor restauratie/renovatie. Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en houdt ervan om leiderschap op jou te nemen.
  • Je hebt reeds een eerste relevante ervaring achter de rug als metser en/of ploegbaas.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Je beschikt over een VCA-attest of bent bereid deze snel te behalen.
  • Coördineren en plannen – Jij bent een natuurtalent voor plannen en organiseren. Het is jouw taak om de restauratiewerven in goede banen te leiden.
  • Aansturen van arbeiders en onderaannemers – in samenspraak met de projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden en aansturen van jouw ploeg. Je stuurt daarnaast ook de onderaannemers aan.
  • Opvolging van de werf – je neemt deel aan de werfvergaderingen en je volgt jouw project op van A tot Z. Jij zal de planning maximaal volgen, knelpunten analyseren en snel oplossen.
  • Kwaliteit bewaken – het controleren van de maatvoering en de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken.
  • Safety first!!
  • Eerste ervaring als (restauratie)metser. Heb jij reeds ervaring als ploegbaas of je bent er helemaal klaar voor om een volgende stap te zetten in jouw ambachtscarrière?
