Zoek je een functie waarin je jouw technische kennis kan combineren met verantwoordelijkheid op de werf? Dan is dit de uitdaging waar je naar op zoek bent.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Actief meewerken aan de plaatsing van kwalitatieve interieurprojecten op diverse werven.
  • De dagelijkse werkzaamheden van een collega-schrijnwerker coördineren en zorgen voor een vlotte, veilige en kwalitatieve uitvoering.
  • Dankzij jouw ervaring fungeer je als aanspreekpunt en mentor, waarbij je collega's begeleidt en ondersteunt.
  • Technische beslissingen nemen wanneer situaties op de werf daarom vragen.
  • Overleggen met project- en werfleiders om de planning en uitvoering optimaal op elkaar af te stemmen.
  • Ruime ervaring als schrijnwerker en klaar om een sturende rol op te nemen.
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B en vlot communiceren in het Nederlands.
  • Je combineert technisch inzicht, leiderschap en een sterke focus op kwaliteit en veiligheid.
