Dit bedrijf (her)verpakt en stockeert diepgevroren en gekoelde voedingsproducten voor talrijke Europese bedrijven. Dit doen ze op maat van elke klant . Tegen 2027 mikt de onderneming op 300+ medewerkers die samen aan 25 000 unieke verpakkingsopdrachten. Werken in deze firma betekent werken in een respectvolle omgeving, waarin een grote verbondenheid tussen de medewerkers en toewijding aan het werk hand in hand gaan.

Je bent het dagelijkse aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en zorgt ervoor dat het team weet wat er moet gebeuren. Daarbij hou je zowel de medewerkers als het productieproces goed in het oog.

Dit worden jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Je stuurt en coacht een team van ongeveer 15 medewerkers binnen de manuele verpakkingsafdeling.
  • Je organiseert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en volgt op of alles vlot en efficiënt verloopt.
  • Tijdens de productie bewaak je de kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en hygiëne.
  • Je volgt de planning en personeelsbezetting op en stuurt bij wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Knelpunten in de werking merk je op en je zoekt naar manieren om de efficiëntie en productiviteit te verbeteren.
  • Je motiveert medewerkers, geeft feedback en spreekt hen aan wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je draagt bij aan een goede samenwerking en positieve sfeer binnen het team.
  • Nieuwe collega's begeleid je tijdens hun opstart en opleiding.
  • Je werkt samen met andere afdelingen en rapporteert over de dagelijkse werking.
  • Wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt, werk je zelf mee op de vloer.

Je houdt het hoofd koel wanneer de planning verandert en weet wat je team nodig heeft om vooruit te gaan. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, geeft richting en stuurt bij waar nodig. Herkenbaar? Dan is deze vacature jouw droomjob!

  • Je hebt ervaring in de voedingssector, bij voorkeur binnen een productie- of verpakkingsomgeving.
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie is een sterke troef.
  • Je kunt medewerkers motiveren en coachen en geeft hen duidelijke feedback.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk, respectvol en assertief.
  • Bij de organisatie van het werk houd je rekening met zowel kwaliteit als efficiëntie.
  • Je kunt prioriteiten stellen en de dagelijkse werkzaamheden organiseren.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en toont initiatief.
  • Veranderende omstandigheden vragen soms om bijsturing. Je kunt daarop inspelen.
  • Je werkt graag op de werkvloer en helpt zelf mee wanneer de situatie dat vraagt.
  • Je werkt in daguren, maar kunt je flexibel opstellen wanneer dit noodzakelijk is.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels om vlot te communiceren met collega's en verantwoordelijken.
