Als Meestergast Werkplaats ben jij het aanspreekpunt en de drijvende kracht binnen het atelier. Je combineert jouw technische kennis met een hands-on aanpak en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden in de werkplaats vlot en kwalitatief verlopen.

Als werkplaatsverantwoordelijke stuur je een team van 3 medewerkers aan en werk je zelf actief mee in het atelier. Je bewaakt de planning, volgt de lopende projecten op en zorgt ervoor dat elke maatkast met oog voor detail en een hoogwaardige afwerking wordt samengesteld.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Aansturen en begeleiden van een team van 3 medewerkers.
  • Zelf actief meewerken in de werkplaats als meewerkend meestergast.
  • Samenstellen en afwerken van maatkasten.
  • Opvolgen van de verschillende projecten binnen het atelier.
  • Zorgen voor een goede werkvoorbereiding en een vlotte werkorganisatie.
  • Bijhouden en opvolgen van de voorraad en materialen.
  • Werken met diverse houtbewerkingsmachines en CNC-gestuurde machines.
  • Technische plannen en tekeningen interpreteren.
  • Toezien op een kwalitatieve en nauwkeurige uitvoering van het werk.
  • Ervaring met het vervaardigen van gebogen stukken is een mooie meerwaarde.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren meestergast, werkplaatsverantwoordelijke, atelierverantwoordelijke of meewerkend ploegverantwoordelijke met een sterke technische achtergrond en passie voor houtbewerking.

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma technisch secundair onderwijs (TSO) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Je hebt een sterke technische kennis van houtbewerking en houtbewerkingstechnieken.
  • Ervaring met CNC-machines en CNC-software is belangrijk.
  • Je kan technische tekeningen en plannen goed interpreteren.
  • Kennis van CNC-programmeertalen en software voor zaagoptimalisatie is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen of begeleiden van medewerkers.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor een hoogwaardige afwerking.
  • Je bent iemand die initiatief neemt en graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.
  • Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en werkt graag samen met anderen.
  • Je hebt een praktische en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Ervaring met gebogen stukken is mooi meegenomen.
