Heb jij ervaring met het aansturen van een team en krijg je energie van een goed draaiende productie? Voor een toonaangevend textielbedrijf in Meulebeke zoekt Konvert een meestergast voor de weverij.

In deze sleutelrol zorg jij ervoor dat de productie vlot, veilig en efficiënt verloopt. Je stuurt getouwkuisers, bevoorraders, wevers en monteurs aan, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de weefsels en werkt nauw samen met de afdelingsverantwoordelijke. Dankzij jouw coachende aanpak haal je het beste uit je team én uit het productieproces.

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een productieomgeving, ervaring in de textielsector is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent een echte leader by example en weet een team te motiveren en te coachen.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer het druk is.
  • Je hebt technische kennis en bent bekwaam om werkzaamheden aan elektrische installaties op te volgen en te superviseren.
  • Veiligheid staat voor jou altijd op de eerste plaats.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis van Engels en/of Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel.
