In deze dynamische en technisch uitdagende werkomgeving werk je aan Poort Centraal én de Hoge Raad der Nederlanden. Jij houdt de installaties draaiende en maakt mogelijk dat beleidsmakers en rechters elke dag in een perfect gereguleerd binnenklimaat kunnen werken. Als Specialist Meet- en Regeltechniek ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van de technische installaties binnen Poort Centraal en het nabijgelegen gebouw van de Hoge Raad. Je voert preventief onderhoud uit, lost storingen op en werkt aan slimme optimalisatie van regelstrategieën. Zo zorg je voor een veilige, comfortabele en energiezuinige werkomgeving. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Deelnemen aan de dagstart en afstemmen van werkzaamheden. - Signaleren, analyseren en oplossen van storingen, variërend van meet- en regeltechniek tot algemene gebouwinstallaties (verlichting, deuren, sanitair). - Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en analyses binnen het gebouwbeheersysteem (GBS). - Optimaliseren van regelstrategieën voor energie-efficiëntie en een optimaal binnenklimaat. - Draaien van consignatiediensten (eens in de 6 à 7 weken). Jouw team Je werkt binnen BAM Bouw & Techniek Gebouwservices, in het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de contracten Poort Centraal & Poort van Den Haag.
