Als meet- en regeltechnicus in Oudewater ontwerp, onderhoud en optimaliseer je gebouwgebonden regelinstallaties. Bij deze technische dienstverlener werk je met gebouwbeheersystemen aan projecten in onder meer luxe villabouw, stations en politiebureaus. Functie-inhoud - Energierapportages opstellen vanuit het gebouwbeheersysteem en regelingen optimaliseren - Nieuwe systemen ontwerpen en bestaande systemen aanpassen of uitbreiden naar klantbehoefte - Nieuwe installaties optimaliseren en kennis vastleggen in handleidingen en procedures - Uitgevoerde werkzaamheden rapporteren aan de klant - Met de servicecoördinator samenwerken om monteurs gericht storingen te laten oplossen - Jaarlijkse controlebeurten plannen en preventief onderhoud uitvoeren - Technische verbeteracties initiëren op basis van bedrijfsdoelstellingen en klanteisen Functie-eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde technische mbo- of hbo-opleiding of meerdere jaren ervaring in meet- en regeltechniek - Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met gebouwgebonden elektrotechnische installaties - Je beschikt over technische vaardigheden in elektronica, elektrotechniek en mechanica en werkt goed met computers en software - Je communiceert goed in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk - Je bent leergierig en servicegericht, analyseert problemen en werkt zelfstandig én in teamverband - Je hebt een geldig rijbewijs B - Kennis van en ervaring met Schneider-systemen is een pré Aanbod - Een salaris boven het cao-niveau - Diverse bonusregelingen: een tekenbonus, eindejaarsbonus en niet-ziekbonus ter waarde van een dertiende maand - Opleidingsmogelijkheden en ruimte om door te groeien - Veel zelfstandigheid in je projecten en flexibiliteit in ruil voor je inzet - Een auto, telefoon en laptop van de zaak - Een werkplek in een modern, nieuw pand met eigen werkplaats, bar en sportschool - Een informele werksfeer, bedrijfsuitjes en maandelijkse toolboxmeetings met een hapje en drankje
