Bij een technisch servicebedrijf in Capelle aan den IJssel houd je collectieve warmte-, koel- en elektrotechnische installaties in bedrijf. Je werkt aan utiliteitsinstallaties van meer dan 100 kW, onder andere in kantoren, zorginstellingen en bedrijfspanden. Als ervaren meet- en regeltechnicus combineer je periodiek onderhoud met storingsdiagnose en het aanpassen van regelingen. Je kijkt daarbij niet alleen naar afzonderlijke componenten, maar ook naar de samenhang tussen installatiegedrag, regeltechniek en het comfort in het gebouw. In de dagelijkse praktijk lees je gebouwbeheersystemen uit, controleer je regelingen en zoek je de oorzaak van werktuigbouwkundige, elektronische en regeltechnische storingen. Je legt je werkzaamheden vast in stookrapporten en stemt af met de werkvoorbereider. Vanuit Capelle werk je samen met servicemonteurs in het zuidwesten van Nederland; bij complexe klussen help je elkaar op locatie. Met trainingen, cursussen en relevante certificeringen verdiep je je vakkennis. Functie-inhoud - Voer periodiek onderhoud uit aan collectieve utiliteitsinstallaties van meer dan 100 kW - Lokaliseer en verhelp werktuigbouwkundige, elektronische en regeltechnische storingen - Lees gebouwbeheersystemen uit en controleer de werking van regelingen - Pas regelingen aan of maak nieuwe regelingen voor warmte-, koel- en elektrotechnische installaties - Stel stookrapporten op en koppel bevindingen terug aan de werkvoorbereider - Ondersteun collega’s bij complexe storingen en draai mee in storingsdiensten Functie-eisen - Afgerond mbo-diploma niveau 4 in de richting Servicetechnicus - Ervaring met service en onderhoud aan grote utiliteitsinstallaties - Kennis van meet- en regeltechniek, met een passend diploma of bereidheid een opleiding te volgen - VCA, CO-certificering en SCIOS Periodiek Onderhoud-diploma, of bereidheid deze te behalen - Geldig rijbewijs B en bereidheid om storingsdiensten te draaien - Je werkt graag samen en kunt een VOG aanvragen Aanbod - Br.
