Bij een technisch servicebedrijf in Capelle aan den IJssel zorg je dat collectieve warmte-, koel- en elektrotechnische installaties betrouwbaar blijven werken. Je onderhoudt installaties van meer dan 100 kW in onder meer kantoren, zorginstellingen en wooncomplexen in Zuidwest-Nederland. Daarbij combineer je werktuigbouwkundige kennis met meet- en regeltechniek: je onderzoekt storingen, leest gebouwbeheersystemen uit en past regelingen aan om de installatie correct te laten functioneren. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je periodiek onderhoud af met storingsdiagnose en werkzaamheden aan regelingen in grote ketelhuizen. Je legt bevindingen vast in stookrapporten en stemt vervolgwerk af met de werkvoorbereider. Bij complexe klussen help je collega’s op locatie en kun je ook op hun ondersteuning rekenen. Met trainingen, cursussen en het behalen van relevante certificaten verdiep je jouw kennis van utiliteitsinstallaties en regeltechniek. Functie-inhoud - Periodiek onderhoud uitvoeren aan collectieve utiliteitsinstallaties van meer dan 100 kW - Werktuigbouwkundige, elektronische en regeltechnische storingen analyseren en verhelpen - Gebouwbeheersystemen uitlezen en de werking van aangesloten regelingen controleren - Regelingen aanpassen of maken voor warmte-, koel- en elektrotechnische installaties - Werkzaamheden vastleggen in stookrapporten en terugkoppelen aan de werkvoorbereider - Collega’s ondersteunen bij complexe klussen en deelnemen aan storingsdiensten Functie-eisen - Afgerond mbo-diploma niveau 4 in de richting Servicetechnicus - Ervaring met service en complexe storingen aan grote utiliteitsinstallaties - Kennis van meet- en regeltechniek, met een passend diploma of bereidheid tot opleiding - VCA, CO-certificering en SCIOS Periodiek Onderhoud, of bereidheid deze te behalen - Geldig rijbewijs B en beschikbaarheid voor storingsdiensten - Bereidheid een VOG aan te vragen en collega’s op locatie te ondersteunen Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 4.108 en € 4..
