Artes Uptech maakt sinds kort deel uit van de Artes familie. Het installatiebedrijf specialiseert zich in technische installaties voor gebouwen inclusief HVAC, sanitair, elektriciteit en data, en maakt daarmee de Artes Group compleet.

Locatie: Oudenburg, met werven in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen

Jouw speelveld:

Als meet- en regeltechnieker bij Artes Uptech ben je verantwoordelijk voor het installeren en opstarten van de meet- en regeltechnieken van HVAC-installaties en sanitair in gebouwen. Ook volg en optimaliseer je de werking van HVAC- en sanitaire installaties op, samen met je collega van de onderhoudsdienst. Je verhelpt dringende problemen met de meet- en regeltechniek van installaties in uitbating.

De ideale kandidaat kan elektrische schema’s en schakelborden van HVAC- en sanitaire installaties lezen, begrijpen (en eventueel ontwerpen). Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering en/of het coördineren van de voorbereidende werken, zoals bijvoorbeeld kabels trekken en borden bouwen. Je hebt ervaring in de automatisering van HVAC-systemen en beschikt over de nodige vaardigheden om hydraulische of luchttechnische installaties te testen en in te regelen. Ook het programmeren van sturingen, kan een onderdeel vormen van je takenpakket. Er is een goede kennis over meet- en regelcomponenten, zoals onder andere voelers installeren.

Flexibiliteit is een cruciale eigenschap, aangezien je incidenteel moet kunnen reageren op storingen, zowel ter plaatse als vanop afstand. Dringende interventies worden door jou uitgevoerd om de storingen te verhelpen.

Jouw toolbox:

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma secundair onderwijs, hoger beroepsonderwijs, graduaat of bachelor in elektromechanica, elektronica, elektrotechnieken, meet- en regeltechniek
  • Aantoonbare ervaring als meet- en regeltechnieker HVAC en/of sanitair is een plus
  • Je bent een gemotiveerde en nauwkeurige collega, je denkt probleemoplossend en bent flexibel ingesteld
  • Je kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands of in het Engels, Frans is een troef
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht en bent in staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te functioneren
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
