Wat betekent een job als meet- en regeltechnieker / technieker automatisering bij ArcelorMittal België?

Als meet- en regeltechnieker / technieker automatisering kan je bij ons terecht in 1 van onze productieafdelingen of in de centrale onderhoudscel. Afhankelijk van jouw interesse, ervaring en kennis zoeken we samen met jou de meest geschikte job.

Er werken meer dan 1000 onderhoudstechnici op onze site en we werven jaarlijks meer dan 50 technici aan. Keuze genoeg dus en een speeltuin voor iemand met techniek in hart en nieren.

Samen met je collega’s ga je grote en kleine uitdagingen aan. Je leert van elkaar en via ons opleidingstraject krijg je de kans om je verder te specialiseren en door te groeien binnen het bedrijf.

Wat houdt de job in?

Als onderhoudselektronicien ben je vooral bezig met:

  • Curatief en preventief onderhoud
  • Aanpassingswerken
  • Dagdagelijks onderzoek van storingen
  • Bekijken van loggingsystemen
  • Procesinstrumentatie

Taken die kunnen voorkomen:

  • Onderhoud van toestellen die analyse doen van gassen en vloeistoffen
  • Werken aan weegapparatuur, bv. Doseerinstallaties,…
  • Werken met en aan meettoestellen (druk, debiet,…), Lasermeettoestellen, akoestische meettoestellen, radarmetingen, beeldherkenning, temperatuursmetingen,…
  • Installeren, moderniseren, depanneren en herkalibreren van toestellen
  • Werken met en programmeren van PLC’s
  • Werken aan visualisatiesystemen en communicatie apparatuur ( o.a. camera installaties, radio besturingen,…)
  • Werken aan aandrijftechnologie
  • Correcties in PLC
  • Drives programmeren

Je vindt ons op de rechteroever van het kanaal Gent-Terneuzen, op ongeveer 20 km afstand van het centrum van de stad Gent.

Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of je hebt reeds als meet- en regeltechnieker/technieker automatisering gewerkt
