Jij staat altijd klaar voor onze gasten en zorgt dat ze niks te kort komen, jij weet wat service verlenen is. Werken bij Van der Valk doe je met de leukste collega's in een gezellige omgeving. Gastvrijheid, je thuis voelen en plezier hebben is wat wij belangrijk vinden! De afdeling Banqueting is het aanspreekpunt voor alle evenementen in ons hotel. Samen met de Sales afdeling zorg je er voor dat alles van begin tot het eind in de puntjes geregeld is! Jij bent samen met jouw collega's betrokken bij een evenement vanaf aankomst tot en met vertrek en alles wat daar tussen zit. Wat ga je doen? - Organiseren en verzorgen van congressen, vergaderingen, trainingen, diners, bruiloften en andere evenementen; - Door middel van een dagelijkse planning zorg je dat de zalen in de juiste opstelling geplaatst worden; - Je ontvangt de gasten en begeleidt hen naar de juiste ruimte; - Je verzorgt de gasten volledig (je zet koffie en thee, verzorgt voorbereidende werkzaamheden voor de lunch, serveert deze, verzorgt een borrel); - Je geeft uitleg over de faciliteiten en services die wij verlenen zoals audiovisuele apparatuur; - Je denkt actief met ons mee hoe we de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening nog verder kunnen verbeteren; - Voorraden aanvullen en bijhouden; - Je hebt een horeca mentaliteit; en je bent bereid om op feestdagen te werken. Wie ben jij? Je zit vol met energie en vindt het leuk om met een jong en fris team te zorgen voor een goed draaiende Banqueting afdeling binnen Hotel Deventer.
