Functie-eisen: Wat ga je doen?Uitzonderlijke gastbelevingen creëren • Verwelkom gasten met een warme en vriendelijke houding. • Gasten begeleiden tijdens de hele eet ervaring. • Leg de gerechten op het menu uit en beantwoord vragen over het concept. • Ondersteun de interactieve elementen van de show en moedig gasten aan om mee te doen. • Anticipeer op de behoeften van gasten en bied persoonlijke service.Zorg voor een uitstekende bediening van eten en drinken • Serveer eten en drinken volgens de vastgestelde service normen. • Zorg ervoor dat elke gang op het juiste moment wordt geserveerd tijdens de hele eet ervaring. • Handhaaf hoge presentatienormen voor alle gerechten en dranken. • Ondersteun het upselling van dranken en speciale aanbiedingen. • Ga professioneel om met verzoeken van gasten en dieetwensen.De showervaring ondersteunen • Help mee met het voorbereiden van de zaal en het opzetten van evenementen. • Werk nauw samen met het gastheerteam, de leidinggevenden en de keuken. • Zorg ervoor dat de ervaring de hele avond soepel verloopt. • Zorg ervoor dat alle gasten een naadloze en boeiende ervaring beleven.Wees een geweldige teamspeler • Ondersteun collega's in de hele organisatie. • Neem deel aan trainingssessies en teambesprekingen. • Help mee om een positieve en energieke werkomgeving te creër
