Geen orderverwerker, maar een zelfstandige professional die actief de markt bewerkt, nieuwe zakelijke relaties opbouwt en tegelijkertijd de volledige Meetings & Events-operatie strak organiseert.Wat ga je doen?Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het commerciële succes van Meetings & Events. Je wacht niet tot aanvragen binnenkomen, maar creëert zelf kansen, bouwt relaties op en zorgt dat prospects klant worden.Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject van aanvraag tot uitvoering en aftersales.Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • actief benaderen van nieuwe zakelijke klanten; • koude acquisitie via telefoon, LinkedIn en netwerk; • onderzoeken welke bedrijven en organisaties bijeenkomsten elders organiseren en deze actief benaderen; • creëren van nieuwe leads, afspraken en boekingen; • voeren van commerciële gesprekken en vertalen van klantbehoeften naar concrete voorstellen; • opstellen, presenteren en opvolgen van offertes; • onderhandelen en closen van deals; • verzorgen van locatiebezoeken en rondleidingen; • onderhouden van bestaande relaties en realiseren van herhaalbusiness; • actief uitvoeren van aftersales om vervolgboekingen te genereren; • zelfstandig beheren van aanvragen, bevestigingen, wijzigingen en klantgegevens; • zorgen voor complete en correcte overdracht richting operatie; • bewaken en organiseren van het volledige dagelijkse M&E-proces.
