Als Meeting Technieker ben jij het vaste, professionele aanspreekpunt op locatie voor high-level board- en academische meetings bij verscheidene belangrijke klanten. Je zorgt voor een foutloze audiovisuele beleving in vergaderzalen en auditoria, zowel on‑site als in hybride opstellingen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Voorbereiden, opbouwen, testen en bedienen van AV‑setup(s) voor meetings en presentaties.
  • Beheren van audio, video en presentatieflows: microfoons, camera’s, displays/projectoren, matrix/switching, recording en (optioneel) vertaal/interpretatiesets.
  • Opzetten en bewaken van videoconferencing (bv. MS Teams, Zoom, Webex) en streaming.
  • Live troubleshooting en VIP-support met oog voor discretie en timing.
  • Nauwe afstemming met vergaderorganisatoren, IT/Facility en collega‑techniekers.
  • Correcte afbouw, inventaris en rapportering na afloop.

Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaren AV‑technieker met aantoonbare praktijk in meeting- en/of congresomgevingen.
  • Sterk in communicatie: klantgericht, diplomatisch en duidelijk – ook onder tijdsdruk.
  • Hands‑on, gestructureerd en kwaliteitsgericht; je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en denkt mee.
  • Flexibel inzetbaar (sporadisch avond/weekend volgens meetingkalender).
  • Talen: Nederlands en Engels zeer goed; Frans is een plus.
  • Rijbewijs B vereist (rijbewijs C is een plus).

Pluspunten:

  • Kennis van hybride workflows en room systems (bv. Teams Rooms/Cisco/Poly).
  • Basis netwerk/IT‑inzicht (IP‑config, VLAN/AV‑over‑IP, signal flow).
  • Ervaring met DSP/controle (bv. routing, presets) en met opname/streamingtools.
