Als toonaangevende speler in hoogwaardige technologische oplossingen, streven ze naar het verleggen van grenzen en het vormgeven van de toekomst.

Functieomschrijving

Bij kalibratie vergelijk jij de meetwaarden van het meetinstrument met een gekende standaard.

Je stelt de afwijking van die gekende meetwaarde vast.

Na het uitvoeren van de metingen, verwerk je de meetgegevens in een certificaat.

Doel van de functie is het meten van bestaande producten met behulp van diverse meettoestellen en meetprogramma's/software om te bepalen of de delen en/of processen volgens de verwachtingen zijn.

Dit is zowel binnen een projectomgeving ( in samenwerking met collega's ) als binnen de productieomgeving ( meten van lopende producties )

Ook het doorvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan de meetapparatuur

In een eerste fase ligt de focus op het opdoen van productkennis, doorvoeren terugkerende metingen, bedienen van meetmachines (2D) en CT-scanner

Profiel

Wij zoeken voor deze functie een zeer gemotiveerde medewerker met een technische opleiding.

Dit mag een schoolverlater zijn (A2 of A3 Mechanica of gelijkgesteld door ervaring).

Liefst enige ervaring.

Zelfstandig kunnen werken

Beschikken over goede communicatieskills om optimaal met teamleden en interne klanten contact te hebben

Onderlegd zijn in tekening lezen evenals sterk ruimtelijk inzicht is een pluspunt

Kennis van GOM en/of Volume Graphics is een pluspunt

Je draagt zorg voor je eigen veiligheid en die van je collega's.

Daarnaast ben je een gemotiveerd en stipt iemand en beschik je over een enthousiaste instelling.
