Dit ga je doen: Tijdens je stage maak je kennis met verschillende onderdelen van onze supply chain. Je draait mee met het team en helpt ervoor te zorgen dat orders, productinformatie en zendingen administratief goed worden verwerkt. Daarbij krijg je te maken met klanten, leveranciers en logistieke partners én leer je werken met verschillende systemen. Je kunt hierbij denken aan; - ondersteunen bij de verwerking van inkoop- en verkooporders; - controleren en verwerken van product- en artikelinformatie; - ondersteunen bij inkomende en uitgaande zendingen via zee-, land- en luchtvracht; - contact met leveranciers, klanten en logistieke partners; - beantwoorden en verwerken van B2B-klantvragen; - bijhouden van informatie in onze systemen en portals; - voorbereiden en controleren van productsheets; - en natuurlijk: meedenken over hoe we dingen slimmer, makkelijker of efficiënter kunnen doen.
