Jouw functie

Als Assistant filiaalverantwoordelijke combineer je commerciële, administratieve en technische taken. Je bent een onmisbare schakel binnen het filiaal en ondersteunt zowel klanten als collega's met jouw expertise en klantgerichte aanpak.

Onthaal & Administratie

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten.
  • Je plant afspraken in en adviseert klanten over banden en service.
  • Je maakt offertes op en bespreekt deze met de klant.
  • Je verzorgt een correcte en tijdige facturatie.
  • Je plaatst bestellingen en verwerkt administratieve gegevens nauwkeurig in het systeem.
  • Je ondersteunt de Branch Manager in de dagelijkse werking van het filiaal en neemt bepaalde verantwoordelijkheden over tijdens diens afwezigheid.

Bandenservice

  • Je adviseert klanten op een professionele en klantvriendelijke manier.
  • Je monteert, balanceert en herstelt banden van personenwagens.
  • Je voert uitlijningen uit aan de stuurinrichting.
  • Je ontvangt leveringen en stockeert banden in het magazijn.

Car Service

  • Je stelt diagnoses aan voertuigen.
  • Je voert onderhouds- en herstellingswerken uit, waaronder:
  • Klein en groot onderhoud
  • Remmen vervangen
  • Distributieriemen vervangen
  • Uitlijningen uitvoeren
  • Je registreert uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en communiceert correct met collega's.

Je bent iemand die verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen en energie haalt uit een gevarieerde functie.

Je beschikt over:

  • Diploma in een technische en/of administratieve richting (bijvoorbeeld Autotechnieken of Technisch-Commercieel).
  • Relevante professionele ervaring in de bandensector
  • Een commerciële, professionele en klantgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een nauwkeurige werkhouding en administratieve discipline.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Respect voor collega's, klanten, materiaal en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Een goede kennis van de courante MS Office-toepassingen.
