Ze staan bekend om hun flexibele, veilige en betrouwbare oplossingen die de downtime tot een minimum beperken. De kern van hun activiteiten omvat:

  • Preventief, predictief en curatief onderhoud
  • Gespecialiseerde installatie en revisiewerken
  • Metaalconstructie en laswerken

Om de werven naar een hoger niveau te tillen en het team van monteurs en lassers te ondersteunen zijn zij op zoek naar een meewerkend brigadier.

Wat houdt jouw rol in?

Jij bent de cruciale spilfiguur op de werf: de perfecte mix tussen leiding en actie. Je leidt niet vanaf de zijlijn, maar steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen terwijl je het strategisch overzicht bewaart. Als meewerkend brigadier zorg je ervoor dat een team van 5 tot 8 technische professionals elke dag efficiënt en, cruciaal, veilig aan de slag kan. Je bent de brug tussen de klant, de werfleiding en je team, waarbij jouw duidelijke communicatie en probleemoplossend vermogen centraal staan.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • De dagelijkse werkzaamheden strak en efficiënt organiseren, opvolgen en bijsturen
  • De absolute waakhond zijn van veiligheid (VCA), kwaliteit en orde op de werf
  • Zorgen voor een vlekkeloze administratieve flow: van vergunningen en dagrapporten tot bestellingen ontvangst en retour van materiaal
  • Het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alle partijen: de klant, de werfleiding en je eigen team van arbeiders

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar bewezen ervaring als brigadier of leidinggevende binnen de industriële sector
  • Je bezit een technisch diploma én een sterk, praktisch inzicht
  • Je bent communicatief ijzersterk en in staat om een team positief, duidelijk en motiverend aan te sturen
  • Je hebt een onwrikbaar oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en werkplekefficiëntie
  • Je bent in het bezit van een VCA-VOL certificaat
