The posting

Je komt terecht in een klein en warm familiebedrijf waar collega's elkaar kennen en waar de lijnen kort zijn.

De zaakvoerder staat dicht bij zijn mensen en volgt de werven zelf mee op. Geen grote afstand tussen kantoor en werf dus: hier weet je bij wie je terechtkan en worden beslissingen snel genomen.

Nieuwe collega's worden goed begeleid. Je krijgt de tijd om het vak onder de knie te krijgen en kan stap voor stap meer leren. Heb je interesse om bijvoorbeeld met een kraan te leren werken? Dan wordt daar naar geluisterd.

Het belangrijkste is dat je je goed voelt in de ploeg en met plezier je werk komt doen.

Jobomschrijving

Samen met je collega's trek je naar verschillende werven in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen. Jullie zorgen er samen voor dat de werken vlot en netjes vooruitgaan.

Je helpt onder andere bij:

  • De aanleg en herstelling van parkings, opritten en andere asfaltwerken.
  • Het uitbreken van oude verhardingen en het voorbereiden van de ondergrond.
  • Grondwerken en voorbereidende werken voor rioleringen.
  • Het plaatsen van regenputten en septische putten.
  • Klinkerwerken en andere verhardingen.
  • Het plaatsen en aansluiten van buizen.
  • Verschillende voorbereidende en ondersteunende werken op de werf.

Je werkt samen met een vaste ploeg. Iedereen kent zijn taak, maar als een collega hulp nodig heeft, steek je natuurlijk even een handje toe. Zo krijg je het werk samen gedaan.

Je vertrekt meestal om 6 uur vanuit Oedelem. Afhankelijk van de planning kan je ook rechtstreeks naar de werf rijden.

  • Je hebt ervaring in asfalt-, grond- of wegenwerken, of je hebt vooral veel goesting om het vak te leren.
  • Je werkt graag buiten en vindt fysiek werk geen probleem.
  • Je bent iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.
  • Je werkt graag samen en helpt je collega's waar nodig.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en neemt je verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je vindt het fijn om bij te leren en jezelf stap voor stap te ontwikkelen.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs CE.

Je hoeft hier geen superheld te zijn. Een goede werkmentaliteit, een beetje ervaring en vooral een fijne ingesteldheid brengen je al een heel eind.
