The posting

Voor een toonaangevende en sterk geautomatiseerde productieorganisatie binnen de voedingsindustrie in de regio Willebroek zoeken wij een Teamleader Storingstechniek/Voorman Onderhoud/Lead Storingstechnieker ter versterking van de technische dienst.

In deze functie werk je ongeveer 60% hands-on mee aan industriële installaties en besteed je 40% van je tijd aan het aansturen, coördineren en ondersteunen van een klein onderhoudsteam (2 techniekers). Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij storingen en bewaakt de technische stabiliteit van de productieomgeving.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Analyseren en oplossen van mechanische en elektrische storingenaan productie- en verpakkingsmachines
  • Coördineren, opvolgen en prioriteren van werkopdrachten via een ticketsysteem / onderhoudsplanning
  • Aansturen, ondersteunen en verdelen van taken binnen een klein team van onderhoudstechniekers
  • Opstellen van duidelijke technische probleemanalysesen zorgen voor tijdige escalatie van complexe storingen
  • Actieve deelname aan ploegoverdrachten, Daily Control meetings en operationeel overleg
  • Meedenken en bijdragen aan technische optimalisaties, procesverbeteringen en continue verbeterprojecten
  • Optimaliseren van omstellingen, afstellingen en machineperformantie van verpakkingslijnen
  • Ondersteunen bij de installatie, opstart en indienststelling van nieuwe productielijnen
  • Uitvoeren en opvolgen van preventief en correctief onderhoudbinnen de productieomgeving

Je hebt een diploma in elektromechanica (bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).

  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een industriële onderhoudsfunctie, liefst in de voedingssector.
  • Je beschikt over praktische kennis van mechanica, pneumatica en elektriciteit.
  • Je hebt ervaring met verpakkingsmachines, aandrijvingen, sensoren en pneumatische componenten.
  • Je werkt oplossingsgericht, communiceert vlot en stelt veiligheid steeds voorop.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een klein technisch team.
