Geitenboerderij Ridammerhoeve is een biologische en diervriendelijke geitenboerderij in het Amsterdamse Bos, waar natuur, gastvrijheid en smaak samenkomen. Dagelijks genieten duizenden bezoekers van onze dieren, de landelijke sfeer en de horeca, waar we werken met kazen, zuivel en andere verse producten die op onze eigen boerderij worden gemaakt. Samen met ons jonge, enthousiaste team zorgen we iedere dag voor een gastvrije en unieke beleving. Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een Meewerkend Horeca Manager die graag meewerkt op de werkvloer, het team inspireert en samen met collega's het verschil maakt voor onze bezoekers. Wat zoeken wij? Een bevlogen en ervaren horeca professional op HBO/MBO niveau die: - Met minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring als afdelingshoofd of manager in de horeca, foodsector, retail of recreatie - Passie voor biologische en duurzame producten - Sterke organisatorische en cijfermatige vaardigheden, ervaring met budget- en margebeheer en het efficiënt aansturen van een team - Zelfstandigheid en flexibiliteit, vaardig in probleemoplossing en snel aanpasbaar aan veranderende omstandigheden - Uitstekende sociale vaardigheden; motivatie van het team en gastvrijheid naar een diverse groep gasten.
