Dit ga je doen Mensen met een verstandelijke beperking en moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag helpen midden in het leven te staan, dat is de kern van de opdracht waar je als meewerkend leidinggevende samen met een deskundig team aan werkt. Je hebt een leidende rol, coacht jouw team wanneer nodig en werkt samen aan de ambitie om mensen te helpen bij de dingen die zij belangrijk vinden. Verder ga je: - De goede sfeer en deskundigheid binnen het team verder stimuleren. - Samenwerken met samenwerkingspartners en collega's uit andere (ondersteunende) teams, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van huisvesting of procesverbetering. - Werken met het Middin Kompas en volgens de methodiek Triple-C. - Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor begeleiding en zorg, leiding geven aan het team en o.a. het teambudget bewaken. Naast de dagelijkse zorg en begeleiding is er volop ruimte voor aandacht en activiteiten die bijdragen aan kwaliteit van leven, zoals wandelen, sport, creatief bezig zijn of ontspanning.
