Ben jij een gedreven meewerkend machinist met een passie voor de bouwsector? Bij TRIXXO in Dessel hebben we een voltijdse functie voor jou in een dynamische omgeving. In deze rol draag je bij aan het leggen van stevige funderingen voor complexe bouwwerken door heel België. Je werkt in de buitenlucht en leert van ervaren collega's. Ben jij:

  • Bereid om regelmatig op logement te gaan?
  • Ervaren in het bedienen van machines?
  • Een teamspeler die goed functioneert onder verschillende omstandigheden?

Jouw taken:

  • Bedienen van de machines en ondersteunen van de boormeester bij het maken van funderingspalen.
  • Voorbereiden en opstellen van de werf.
  • Uitvoeren van kleine herstellingen en onderhouden van gebruikte materialen en installaties.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met je team om de werkzaamheden efficiënt uit te voeren.
  • Kansen voor persoonlijke groei afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en ambities, zowel verticaal als horizontaal.

Voor deze functie als meewerkend machinist is het belangrijk dat je over de juiste vaardigheden en motivatie beschikt. We zoeken iemand die zich kan vinden in de volgende vereisten:

  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer.
  • Je spreekt, leest en schrijft Nederlands.
  • Je hebt een relevante opleiding of gelijkwaardige technische kennis opgedaan door ervaring.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor uitdagingen.
  • Je bent bereid om regelmatig op logement te gaan en kunt omgaan met wisselende uren.
  • Je functioneert goed in teamverband en bouwt een hechte band op met collega's.

Pluspunten:

  • Vakbekwaamheid als kraanmachinist, graafkraanmachinist of rupskraanmachinist.
  • Basiskennis van het Frans.
  • Ervaring op bouwwerven.
  • In het bezit van een geldig VCA-certificaat.
