Voor ons hoofdmagazijn in Groningen zoeken wij een meewerkend magazijnchef die verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de dagelijkse operatie én zelf actief meewerkt. Jij stuurt het magazijnteam aan, bewaakt structuur en overzicht, maar draait net zo makkelijk zelf mee in het proces. Wat ga je doen? Als meewerkend magazijnchef ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken in het magazijn. Dat betekent dat je: - Leiding geeft aan alle magazijnmedewerkers (planning, taakverdeling, aansturing en begeleiding) - Zorgt voor een efficiënt en gestructureerd logistiek proces - Toeziet op correcte ontvangst, opslag en uitgifte van goederen - Vrachtwagens laadt en lost wanneer dat nodig is - Klanten professioneel en klantgericht helpt aan de balie - Voorraadbeheer bewaakt en administratief correct verwerkt - Toeziet op orde, netheid en veiligheid in het magazijn - Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en weet overzicht te combineren met praktische inzet. Iemand die: - Ervaring heeft in een magazijnomgeving - Leiding kan geven én draagvlak creëert binnen het team - Overzicht houdt en prioriteiten kan stellen - Klantgericht en communicatief sterk is - Fysiek werk niet schuwt - Fulltime beschikbaar is - Ervaring in een technische groothandel of installatiematerialen is een pré.
