Functie

Bij ons bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in het maken van keukens, zijn we op zoek naar een meewerkend teamleader die een cruciale rol zal spelen op de werkvloer. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het actief aansturen en begeleiden van het team in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Het aanleren van vaardigheden aan nieuwe teamleden en het ondersteunen van de meestergast in operationele taken.
  • Het Organiseren van de werkprocessen en zorgen voor een vlotte samenwerking binnen het team.
  • Fungeren als backup voor de meestergast en zorgen voor een efficiënt productieproces.
  • Proactief bijdragen aan de veiligheid en hygiëne op de werkvloer.

Profiel

  • Je hebt een minimaal A2-niveau en spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je bent bereid om fulltime op de werkvloer mee te werken en hebt de drive om taken op te pakken.
  • Je beschikt over leiderschapskwaliteiten en hebt ervaring of potentieel om een team aan te sturen.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met houtbewerkingsmachines en CNC;
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een teamgerichte instelling.
