Je komt terecht in een innovatieve en sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving binnen de voedingssector, gespecialiseerd in de productie van hoogwaardige desserts en zuivelproducten. Dagelijks wordt er met moderne installaties gewerkt aan kwalitatieve producten voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland.

Jobomschrijving

Voor een innovatieve speler binnen de voedingsindustrie zoeken we een meewerkend ploegbaas die samen met zijn/haar team zorgt voor een vlot en kwalitatief productieproces van heerlijke zuivelproducten en desserts.

Jouw taken als meewerkend ploegbaas

Als ploegbaas ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en zorg je ervoor dat de productie veilig, efficiënt en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen verloopt.

Voor de productie

  • Opstarten van energievoorzieningen zoals stroom, perslucht en koeling
  • Klaarzetten van grondstoffen
  • Opstarten van het productieproces en sterilisatie

Tijdens de productie

  • Opvolgen van mengprocessen
  • Bewaken van UHT-processen en koeling
  • Beheer van steriele stockage van producten
  • Rapporteren aan de productieleider
  • Correct invullen van preparatiefiches
  • Coördineren en ondersteunen van operatoren op verschillende lijnen

Na de productie

  • Reinigen van circuits via CIP-installaties
  • Beheer van grondstoffenmagazijn, preparatiezaal en frigo’s
  • Controle van reinigingsinstallaties
  • Correct verwerken van recuperatieproducten
  • Rapporteren over de toestand en beschikbaarheid van procesinstallaties
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring als ploegbaas, teamleader of senior operator binnen productie.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie of zuivelsector is een sterke troef.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Je weet mensen te motiveren en een team aan te sturen.
  • Je hebt een goed technisch inzicht en kennis van productieprocessen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid.
  • Je hebt basiskennis van HACCP en GMP.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt vlot Nederlands.
  • Werken in een 2-ploegensysteem vormt voor jou geen probleem.
