Maak kennis met onze klant, een Belgisch bedrijf dat al meer dan 25 jaar gespecialiseerd is in het ontwerpen, bouwen en onderhouden van metaalconstructies. Van industriële pijpleidingen en drukvaten tot trappen en andere metalen structuren, dit bedrijf biedt totaaloplossingen van ontwerp tot installatie en onderhoud.

Onze klant is op zoek naar een Meewerkend teamlead, die een team van lassers en fitters aanstuurt, terwijl hij of zij zelf actief mee werkt op de werkvloer. In deze veelzijdige rol werk je met verschillende lastechnieken, lees je technische plannen en zorg je voor een efficiënte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden. Flexibiliteit, vakmanschap en een focus op maatwerk en kwaliteit staan centraal.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als leidinggevende ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansteken van een team van lassers en fitters.
  • Je werkt zelf actief mee op de werkvloer en beschik je over gedegen technische kennis.
  • Je zorgt voor de planning on-site, motiveert het team en draagt bij aan een efficiënte werking.
  • Er wordt dagelijks gerapporteerd aan de projectleider.
  • Snel schakelen en prioriteiten stellen behoren tot jouw sterkte, zodat de dagelijkse werking optimaal verloopt en aan de klantbehoeften wordt voldaan.
  • Je fungeert als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten.
  • Een technisch diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Leiderschapservaring, met het vermogen om collega’s te motiveren, problemen proactief aan te pakken en kordaat beslissingen te nemen.
  • Resultaatgericht, stressbestendig en een sterke teamplayer met oog voor veiligheid en efficiënte samenwerking.
