Vander Plaetsen Construct is een sterk groeiend metaalconstructiebedrijf uit Assenede, actief in industriële montage en constructiewerken. Om ons team op Arcelor Mittal te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Assistent Ploegbaas met technisch inzicht en de juiste hands-on mentaliteit. Als Assistent Ploegbaas ondersteun je de ploegbaas bij de dagelijkse leiding op de werf en werk je actief mee aan de uitvoering. Je staat in voor de organisatie, veiligheid en opvolging van uiteenlopende metaalwerken.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Het opstarten van de ploeg na het verkrijgen van de werkvergunningen
  • Toezien op de veiligheid en naleving van de voorschriften op de werkvloer
  • Mee monteren, lassen en onderhouden van metaalconstructies
  • Mechanisch onderhoud uitvoeren en metalen platen plooien en knippen
  • Technische plannen interpreteren en omzetten naar kwalitatief werk

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een diploma TSO Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een technische/mechanische werkomgevingen 1 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende
  • Een sterke kennis van elektrodelassen
  • Goede plannenkennis en technisch inzicht
  • Geen hoogtevrees aangezien je kan tewerkgesteld worden in de hoogte

Volgende attesten heb je of ben je bereid te behalen

  • VCA- VOL attest
  • Hoogwerker- en verreikerattest
  • Attest aanslaan en uitwijzen van lasten
