FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij een echte teamspeler met leidinggevende ervaring in de metaalconstructie?

Zoek je een afwisselende job in een dynamische omgeving?

Dan hebben wij dé uitdaging voor jou!

Wat ga je doen? Als meewerkend ploegbaas leid je een team van 3 tot 6 medewerkers en werk je samen aan uiteenlopende metaalconstructies. Denk hierbij aan borstweringen, trappen en mechanisch onderhoud van transportbanden. Je werkt in een industriële omgeving en hebt veiligheid altijd hoog in het vaandel staan. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Productiedossiers raadplegen en de haalbaarheid van de productie controleren;
  • Productiestappen plannen en verdelen over ploegen;
  • Personeel verdelen over werkposten;
  • Machines en gereedschap selecteren, instellen en controleren;
  • Bevoorrading opvolgen en controleren;
  • Conformiteit van de productie bewaken en bijsturingen voorstellen;
  • Veiligheids-, hygiëne- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften naleven;
  • Onderhoudswerken organiseren en opvolgen;
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan productie, kwaliteit en onderhoud;
  • Competentiebehoeften in kaart brengen en opleidingen organiseren.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt kennis van elektrodelassen en kunt goed technische plannen lezen;
  • Je hebt een positieve ingesteldheid en denkt in oplossingen;
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, flexibel en graag in teamverband;
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis Frans;
  • Je kan werken met Excel, Outlook en Word;
  • Je hebt geen hoogtevrees;
  • Je beschikt over de volgende attesten:
  • VCA-vol.
  • Bekwaamheidsattest verreiker.
  • Bekwaamheidsattest hoogwerker.
  • Attest aanslaan en uitwijzen van lasten.
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in de metaalconstructie, waarvan minstens 1 jaar in een leidinggevende rol.
