The posting

Voor een allround metaalconstructiebedrijf in Verrebroek zijn we op zoek naar een Meewerkend ploegbaas montage.

Jouw takenpakket als Meewerkend ploegbaas:

  • Je gaat de in ons atelier opgemaakte stukken gaan plaatsen op diverse werven. Je brengt ter plaatse, monteert en werkt de constructies af volgens de regels van de kunst.
  • Je werkt in relatief kleine teams samen met je naaste collega’s. Onze klanten zijn overwegend grote industriële en/of petrochemische bedrijven.
  • Als ploegbaas stuurt u het team aan en zorgt dat alle vergunningen en administratieve zaken steeds in orde zijn.
  • De constructies worden geplaatst volgens het opgemaakte plan en de bijbehorende stuktekeningen. Hou er rekening mee dat er regelmatig op hoogte zal moeten gewerkt worden.

  • Je hebt ervaring als monteur van metalen constructies en het aansturen van een team.
  • Attesten zoals VCA, rolbrug en heftruck zijn een pluspunt en indien je ook nog kan lassen, is dat zeker een extra troef.
  • Kennis hebben van planlezen is een must.
  • Grondige kennis van het Nederlands is verplicht.
  • Je ben initiatiefrijk en positief ingesteld. Je bent communicatief met een sterk gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je sterktes situeren zich op het vlak van je zin voor nauwkeurigheid, je dynamisme en je vastberadenheid.
  • Je beschikt over een gezonde dosis integriteit/discretie en kan heel zelfstandig werken.
  • Daarnaast verwachten wij van onze ploegbazen en monteurs een zekere mate van flexibiliteit.
  • Je hebt geen hoogtevrees.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en je kan je zelf naar de burelen van de firma begeven.
