Heb jij ervaring in de schrijnwerkerij én neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid op? Steek je daarnaast zelf ook graag de handen uit de mouwen? Dan is deze functie als meewerkend ploegbaas bij MR Projects in Wechelderzande misschien wel iets voor jou.

Als meewerkend ploegbaas stuur je een team van schrijnwerkers aan, maar werk je zelf actief mee op de werf. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden vlot verlopen en dat elk project kwalitatief wordt afgewerkt.

Jobomschrijving

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

het aansturen en begeleiden van je team; het verdelen en opvolgen van de werkzaamheden; het bewaken van de kwaliteit en planning; zelf actief meewerken aan de verschillende schrijnwerken; het opvolgen van de veiligheidsvoorschriften op de werf; het communiceren met klanten, leveranciers en collega’s; het meedenken over praktische oplossingen bij uitdagingen op de werf; het zorgen voor een goede samenwerking en aangename sfeer binnen het team.

Je werkt mee aan uiteenlopende projecten, van maatwerk en binnenschrijnwerk tot gevelbekleding en grotere bouw- en renovatieprojecten.

We zoeken een ervaren schrijnwerker die klaar is om een stap verder te zetten.

Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen de schrijnwerkerij. Je hebt voldoende technische kennis om zelfstandig te werken en anderen te begeleiden. Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en weet een team op een positieve manier aan te sturen. Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en afwerking. Je bent flexibel en steekt zelf graag de handen uit de mouwen. Je bent communicatief en klantgericht. Je denkt oplossingsgericht en kan goed omgaan met onverwachte situaties. Je hebt aandacht voor veiligheid op de werkvloer. Je spreekt goed Nederlands. Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio van Wechelderzande.

Een VCA-attest is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
