Ben jij een ervaren wegenwerker die graag de leiding neemt, maar ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt? We zijn op zoek naar een meewerkend ploegbaas die zijn team motiveert en samen met hen kwalitatieve infrastructuurwerken realiseert.

Je combineert een praktische aanpak met organisatorisch talent en zorgt ervoor dat elke werf vlot en veilig verloopt.

  • Dagelijks aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een vaste ploeg medewerkers.
  • Organiseren en verdelen van de werkzaamheden op de werf.
  • Lezen van plannen en uitvoeren van opmetingen en uitzetwerken.
  • Toezien op de kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang van de werken.
  • Aanvragen en opvolgen van de nodige werkvergunningen.
  • Onderhouden van een vlotte communicatie met de werfleider, opdrachtgevers en collega's.
  • Werken met modern materieel, machines en gereedschappen waarvoor je mee verantwoordelijkheid draagt.
  • Actief meewerken aan de uitvoering van wegen- en rioleringswerken, zoals: plaatsen van rioleringsbuizen en huisaansluitingen; leggen van boordstenen, goten, klinkers en tegels; plaatsen van straatkolken; aanvullen, verdichten en egaliseren van grond; aanbrengen en verdichten van funderingen; beveiligen van de werf met de juiste signalisatie.
  • Je hebt meer dan 5 jaar ervaring als ploegbaas binnen de grond- en wegenwerken.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met leidinggevende capaciteiten.
  • Je werkt graag in de buitenlucht en bent fysiek in goede conditie.
  • Je bent flexibel, verantwoordelijk en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
