Voor een stabiele en groeiende onderneming actief binnen infrastructuur en openbare werken zijn we op zoek naar een Meewerkend Ploegbaas Onderhoud voor de regio Antwerpen.

Heb jij ervaring in onderhouds- of infrastructuurwerken en neem je graag de leiding op de werf? Werk je bovendien zelf actief mee en weet je collega’s op een motiverende manier aan te sturen?

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als meewerkend ploegbaas onderhoud ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en uitvoering van onderhouds- en herstellingswerken aan wegen, rioleringen en openbare infrastructuur.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Aansturen en begeleiden van een ploeg arbeiders op de werf.
  • Zelf actief meewerken aan onderhouds- en herstellingswerken.
  • Organiseren en verdelen van de werkzaamheden binnen het team.
  • Uitvoeren van werken aan wegen, bestratingen en rioleringen.
  • Herstellen van boordstenen, wegdekken en andere infrastructuurelementen.
  • Begeleiden van kleine grondwerken en rioleringswerken.
  • Controleren of de werken correct en volgens de planning worden uitgevoerd.
  • Toezien op de naleving van de veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit en een correcte afwerking.
  • Communiceren met de werfleiding en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Zorgen voor een ordelijke en veilige werkomgeving.
  • Rapporteren over de voortgang, eventuele problemen en benodigde materialen.

Heb jij het in je?

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen wegenbouw, rioleringswerken, grondwerken of infrastructuuronderhoud.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring in het aansturen van een ploeg.
  • Je bent technisch aangelegd en hebt een goed inzicht in werforganisatie.
  • Je werkt graag actief mee en geeft zelf het goede voorbeeld.
  • Je kunt collega’s duidelijk instrueren en op een positieve manier motiveren.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en neemt initiatief.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je kunt goed plannen en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je bent flexibel en kunt vlot schakelen wanneer de werkomstandigheden veranderen.
  • Je hebt respect voor veiligheidsregels en zorgt ervoor dat deze door het team worden nageleefd.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een rijbewijs B of kunt je zelfstandig verplaatsen naar het vertrekpunt.
  • Je hebt geen probleem met buitenwerk en fysiek werk.
