Voor een internationale horecagroothandel met meer dan 35 jaar ervaring in de sector zijn we op zoek naar versterking binnen de nachtploeg. Als meewerkend ploegchef neem je de leiding over een hecht team magazijnmedewerkers en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vlot laten verlopen van de logistieke operaties tijdens de nachtshift. Deze familiale onderneming, gevestigd in de regio Waregem, is de afgelopen jaren sterk gegroeid en telt intussen een honderdtal medewerkers. De focus ligt op kwaliteit, service en lange termijnrelaties met zowel klanten als medewerkers. Wat hen typeert? Een uitgesproken passie voor voeding en een duidelijke visie op duurzaamheid, zowel in hun processen als in hun personeelsbeleid.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Tijdens de nachtshift leid jij het team magazijnmedewerkers en ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt bij vragen of uitdagingen
  • Je verdeelt de inkomende orders onder de orderpickers en zorgt ervoor dat elke klant op de juiste route belandt
  • De goederenstromen? Jij houdt overzicht over alles wat binnenkomt en buitengaat
  • Je waakt over een vlot pickproces en zorgt ervoor dat de voorraadadministratie altijd up-to-date is
  • Loopt er iets mis of merk je afwijkingen op? Dan licht jij de Warehouse Manager meteen in
  • Je krijgt een belangrijke administratieve rol, want ongeveer 70% van je tijd gaat naar planning, opvolging en verwerking
  • Problemen? Jij gaat die niet uit de weg en denkt actief mee over hoe het allemaal nóg beter en efficiënter kan
  • Je beschikt over aantoonbare leidinggevende capaciteiten en weet hoe je een team motiveert en begeleidt
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in de logistiek vormen een sterke basis om deze rol succesvol in te vullen
  • Werken in een koude omgeving schrikt jou niet af en je kiest bewust voor een functie in de vaste nachtploeg
  • Je hebt oog voor procesoptimalisatie en pakt problemen doordacht en doelgericht aan
