Als Meewerkend Ploegleider Productie stuur je een klein team aan, los je technische uitdagingen op en bouw je mee aan een innovatief productieproces. Een uitdagende rol met volop doorgroeimogelijkheden richting Productieleider! Functieomschrijving Een productieproces dat volop in ontwikkeling is, geeft jou de ruimte om echt invloed te hebben. Dit wordt jouw baan Als meewerkend ploegleider productie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het goed laten verlopen van het productieproces binnen Project Delta in Walsoorden. Het gaat om een kleinschalig pilotproces dat nog volop in ontwikkeling is. Juist daardoor krijg je veel ruimte om jouw technische kennis en praktische inzicht in te zetten. Je werkt zelf mee in de productie en geeft tegelijkertijd direct leiding aan één tot twee productiemedewerkers. Je houdt overzicht, zorgt dat het werk goed wordt uitgevoerd en grijpt in wanneer er technische problemen ontstaan. Met jouw technische kennis en natuurlijke overwicht weet je collega's mee te nemen en de productie op koers te houden. Als ploegleider ben je onder andere bezig met het: - Bewaken en goed laten verlopen van het dagelijkse productieproces; - Aansturen en begeleiden van de productiemedewerkers; - Signaleren, onderzoeken en waar mogelijk oplossen van technische storingen en problemen; - Verzorgen van de dagelijkse produktierapportage; - Aansturen en meewerken in het preventief onderhoud; - Bewaken van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en medewerkers corrigeren indien deze niet gevolgd worden; - Samenwerken met collega's om knelpunten in het productieproces aan te pakken; - Meedenken over praktische verbeteringen binnen het proces; - Aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers/contractors.
