Heb je ervaring met het aansturen van een team van 10 tot 15 medewerkers? En combineer je die verantwoordelijkheid graag met uitvoerend werk aan de lijn?

Voor een stabiel productiebedrijf actief in de textiel- en comfortsector, zoeken we een meewerkend ploegverantwoordelijke. Het bedrijf telt ruim 100 medewerkers en is internationaal actief. De vestiging in de regio Deinze telt zo’n 40 werknemers binnen deze afdeling. Je komt terecht in een modern productiebedrijf met duidelijke structuur, waar samenwerking en betrokkenheid centraal staan. Je werkt in 2-ploegen en rapporteert aan de Supervisor.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat de productieplanning in jouw ploeg correct en tijdig uitgevoerd wordt, in overleg met de Supervisor
  • Je houdt toezicht op de veiligheid, kwaliteit en voortgang van het productieproces
  • Als meewerkend ploegverantwoordelijke coach je jouw team en spring je zelf ook actief bij aan de werkposten
  • Je bewaakt de orde en structuur binnen je ploeg en zorgt voor een vlotte opstart van elke shift
  • Regelmatig voer je kwaliteits- en procescontroles uit op de werkvloer
  • Collega’s kunnen bij jou terecht met vragen of problemen: jij luistert en helpt zoeken naar oplossingen
  • Storingen oplossen schrikt jou niet af en je ondersteunt je operatoren waar nodig
  • Je hebt ervaring in people management, bij voorkeur met het aansturen van een team van 12 à 15 medewerkers
  • Een technische affiniteit is belangrijk om de werkposten en machines te begrijpen en te bedienen. A2 Mechanica is een plus.
  • Een heftruckattest is een pluspunt, ervaring met een heftruck is bij voorkeur aanwezig
