Als Meewerkend Ploegverantwoordelijke Productie ben je dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer. Je geeft richting aan jouw team door zelf mee te werken, het goede voorbeeld te geven en collega's te ondersteunen waar nodig. Je bent de schakel tussen de operatoren en de productieverantwoordelijke en zorgt ervoor dat de productie veilig, kwalitatief en efficiënt verloopt. Je werkt in een 2-ploegensysteem.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je werkt dagelijks actief mee in het productieproces en bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer.
  • Je stuurt een team operatoren aan en creëert een positieve, collegiale werksfeer.
  • Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden en bewaakt een vlotte voortgang van de productie.
  • Je ondersteunt jouw collega's wanneer het druk is en springt bij waar nodig.
  • Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers en helpt hen om snel hun plaats binnen het team te vinden.
  • Je motiveert en coacht jouw collega's zodat iedereen het beste uit zichzelf haalt.
  • Je ziet toe op de naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en productievoorschriften.
  • Je volgt de dagelijkse productie op en stuurt bij wanneer nodig.
  • Je signaleert verbeterpunten en denkt mee na over een efficiëntere werking.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie tussen de werkvloer en de productieverantwoordelijke.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende of meewerkende rol binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je bent een echte people manager die graag tussen de mensen staat.
  • Je bent hands-on en werkt met plezier mee op de werkvloer.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en weet medewerkers op een positieve manier te motiveren.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk, oplossingsgericht en behoudt het overzicht.
  • Ervaring binnen de metaal- of maakindustrie is mooi meegenomen.
  • Een technische opleiding is geen vereiste; jouw leiderschap en inzet maken het verschil.
